Make clear the aims of the school;</div> <bR> <div> 2. Work with you for your child's progress and welfare;</div> <bR> <div> 3. Help your child grow spiritually and intellectually, socially, physically and culturally;</div> <bR> <div> 4. Welcome your support, especially through Friends of Lawn Upton;</div> <bR> <div> 5. <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >Report in writing at least once a year on progress in subjects;</FONT></div> <bR> <div> 6. <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >Send a regular letter about school life and events;</FONT></div> <bR> <div> 7. Report suspicious absences, lack of work, or lateness by letter, phone or through the ESW (Educational Social Worker);</div> <bR> <div> 8. Set clear guidelines for behaviour and work;</div> <bR> <div> 9. <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >Prepare your child for the next stage in their Education;</FONT></div> <bR> <div> 10. <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >Encourage talents and skills to maximise achievement;</FONT></div> <bR> <div> 11. Teach the national curriculum;</div> <bR> <div> 12. <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >Take all reasonable responsibility for health and safety;</FONT></div> <bR> <div> 13. Support the school in its sanctions, including detention;</div> <bR> <div> 11. Tell the class teacher or year coordinator if there are any concerns e.g. bullying;</div> <bR> <div> 12. Ensure that the Lawn Upton Dress Code is upheld including P.E. Kit;</div> <bR> <div> 13. Provide equipment (e.g. pens, pencils, P.E.
